Development Portal

Transparent Development

Instrux Media employs a transparent development process to provide visibility to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Using the Instrux Media Development Portal (IDP) - our in-house project management tool - all project members, including the client, can track the project status, track the project schedule (dynamically updated daily), review correspondence and documentation, test prototypes, monitor results, and more.

E-Learning requires a team effort with all members of that team pulling in the same direction. The Instrux Media Development Portal fosters that environment. Your course development project will have its own collaboration workspace. This workspace can be used for activities such as: collaboration among project team members, display of key performance indicators, document management, risks and issues management, and business process and workflow automation.

No more managing a project in the dark or looking for your tasks and timelines in MS Project Plans. The IDP will show you when you will be required to commit time or resources as the project moves along. You will be able to review the course content online, the Storyboards, and all development documents and files while they are in production.

Work Due By

The IDP presents the information most relevant to the user. In other words it will place any tasks that are assigned specifically to you in the "work due by" window.
