Partnerships

Partnering with Instrux Media gives your team access to the world's most advanced server based collaborative rapid eLearning development tools on the market today.

In addition to end-to-end custom training development, Instrux Media also provides a service where we lend our e-Learning expertise to help your company avoid wasting valuable time, money, and resources. Training and Development programs often require quick turn-around once a need is assessed. Internal IT teams often cannot provide eLearning in a timely way. Instrux Media will implement a process that helps your team focus on content production rather than infrastructure and technical limitations. Our expertise and proven eLearning rapid development approach, combined with your Instructional Designers, Classroom Trainers, and Subject Matter Experts, may be the solution you’re looking for.

We can design and develop your content, or you can do it yourself using our proven tools and techniques. We will train your staff to become better eLearning content developers and give them the tools and templates needed to design effective, engaging and cost effective courses. We’ll take care of the technical aspects of the development process so your team can concentrate on what they know best – your own content!

Our Approach

Through this partnership with Instrux Media and the coordinated use of the Instrux Media Development Portal, all tasks and deliverables will be streamlined and managed. Your organization will develop the Storyboards within the Instrux Media Storyboard template and be given access to the Instrux Media interactive library of proven and effective interactions, allowing even novice developers to create highly interactive, media-rich content.

Typically, a partnership between your organization and Instrux Media will go as follows:

  1. Instrux Media will analyze and document your unique training goals and technical requirements
  2. Roles and responsibilities are determined
  3. A Development Portal site is created for the course and access is granted to all team members and stakeholders
  4. Instrux Media provides a tailored set of standards and guides with matching storyboard and development templates
  5. Access to our Interactive learning objects is granted
  6. Instrux Media’s instructional design experts conduct a workshop with your staff that covers considerations for effective design of online learning, and how to use the portal, templates and learning objects
  7. Your organization develops the storyboards documents within the Instrux Media template. They will design interactive content using the Instrux Media learning objects
  8. During storyboard development, our instructional designers are available to answer questions and review the storyboards; providing suggestions and intercepting problems
  9. Once approved by you and your subject matter experts, the storyboards are converted to HTML
  10. After conversion, the Instrux Media programmers will redeploy the interactive library items and insert the content from your storyboards
  11. The course is loaded on our secure servers and available on the web to selected users for review and testing
  12. Quality assurance measures are applied
  13. Pilot testing is conducted
  14. Course is packaged and delivered
  15. Instrux Media developers provide support for installation as needed
