Topic: This online training course and benchmarking application was developed to allow learners that have limited experience with financial statements the ability to complete financial forms and to compare the economic health of their farm with similar Canadian farms. Information regarding the forms is presented in an interactive question based approach containing easy to follow steps and instruction along the way. After being guided through completing an Income Statement and a Balance sheet, the participant is presented with benchmarking reports about their farm. The answers that the participant submits are calculated into standard ratios and presented as charts that compare the results to database statistics for other farms of the same region, size and type.

Topic: An interactive e-learning course introduced Cisco employees and clients to a new generation of routers that had features and technologies new to the industry. Learners are presented with information about the technology behind the router in a very interactive and engaging manner. Interactions include realistic illustrations of the hardware with animated demonstrations of processes and technologies. Instrux Media also created an innovative software simulation module within the course. This simulation provides guided practice of the process involved in setting up the router on the server. The entire set up process is simulated in a manner that is identical to what the learner will experience on the server, and includes interactive user input areas, feedback, and hints.
